The year 2018 brought the next step in the development of our company. Winning two GINOP tenders allowed us to start production according to the will of our owners. Our commercial activity is therefore complemented by pressing/stamping and turning according to the requirements of the automotive industry.

Subject of the development: Innovation in production/manufacturing and marketing of NEWELD Kft.
Detailed description of the project:
Within the framework of the project, a KP 50 EASY VACUUM CLEANING MACHINE will be procured.
During the preparation phase of the project, consultancy services related to production and manufacturing process innovation, as well as marketing innovation consultancy, were utilized.
During the professional implementation of the project, the wages and related contributions of the employees involved in the professional implementation will be accounted for under the project budget, and marketing innovation consultancy services will also be utilized.
In addition, the indirect costs of the project implementation will also be covered by the granted funding.
During the implementation of the project, NeWeld Kft. pays special attention to the enforcement of equal opportunity principles, as well as compliance with the relevant legal and funding requirements.

- Citizen Cincom L32-1M8 lathe with bar feeder
This machine is used for manufacturing pipe connectors. The Citizen brand has one of the most reliable service networks in Hungary. - Microfilter – Kube 1200 oil mist extractor
During the operation of the lathe, oil mist is generated, which may be hazardous to workers, therefore proper extraction is required. - Mahr PS10 surface roughness measuring device
The measuring equipment was selected to match the brand used by our client to ensure that measurement results remain consistent and comparable. - IM-6025 Keyence measuring instrument
The measuring equipment was selected to match the brand used by our client in order to avoid discrepancies in measurement results. - Nuair NB4 compressor
In addition to electrical power, the lathe requires a compressor for operation. - Raw material storage system
Prevents the mixing of different raw materials. - Forklift truck
Used for handling and moving raw materials and finished products.
